A beginners level class focusing on breath awareness, mindfulness, and foundational yoga movements.
As first responders and military (both active and Veteran), you experience crises regularly. Usually after an emergency situation that crisis continues - within our bodies.
This stuck energy manifests itself as anxiety, depression, anger, fear, physical
pain, sleeplessness, relationship struggles... the list goes on. Fortunately, so do
the benefits of the union of breath, mind, and body, which is what yoga can be if
we create the space for it.
Come join, local volunteer fire fighter and Army Veteran, Jessica, for your first yoga class or your hundredth - there is sure to be something had for all levels!!
