In this two-hour class, led by Alison Sinatra, we will explore the body as a vessel and channel for spiritual connection. We will move into a practice that supports a clear mind, healthy body, and full heart, using asana and conscious breathing as tools to move out of negativity and back into oneness. When we tune our vessel, our speech and actions can reflect our connection to the earth and heavens.
Alison Sinatra has been leading women's groups and teaching for 20 years, many of those at NYC's Kula Yoga Project. She is faculty at the Boston Yoga School, and is the creator of Return of the Queen, a new healing event for over 50 women. She lives in upstate NY, where, when not teaching, she's making soup for her intuitive hubby and children.
