Whether you are new to Yoga, or looking to contextualize your practice, this introduction will offer demonstration, discussion, and practice of the eight limbs of the Sacred Science of Yoga, with time for questions and individual attention. Become more comfortable with the physical postures and experience mindfulness through breathwork and concentration techniques. Explore various approaches to spiritualizing the practice and see what works for you.
